- Donated to the StandTALL Organization under the direction of Dr. Kai-Ming Chan, supported by the Chinese Speaking Orthopaedic Society to aid the earthquake victims in Sichuan, China. (2008)
- Aided Hurricane Katrina victims through a donation to the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Tulane University. Funds were used to help sponsor an undergraduate research conference that helped rebuild their biomedical engineering community. Funds allowed the the Biomedical Engineering department to print conference proceedings, provide breakfast and lunch for the conference and to clelbrate biomedical engineering at Tulane and the accomplishments of their seniors.
