Recipient of a Travel Grant to travel to the 18th International Symposium on Ligaments & Tendons (ISL&T-XVIII)

It was very interesting for me to meet with a large group of colleagues who study tendons from different angles, such as developmental biologists, immunologists, cell biologists, engineers, physiotherapists and orthopedic surgeons. This large collection of disciplines provides a wealth of viewpoints, questions and strategies to study tendons. Another interesting point is the good mixture of prominent researches with young faculty, postdocs and students. I greatly enjoyed interacting with other participants and learning about their different approaches and ideas.

I wish to thank the ASIAM Institute for the travel scholarship to present at the 18th International Symposium on Ligaments & Tendons (ISLT-XVIII) meeting.
