111 Project
In August 2013, Dr. Woo expanded ASIAM’s collaboration efforts with Professor Yubo Fan and Professor Richard Cheng,(ASIAM’s board member) of Beihang University. In addition to the “111 Project”, which aims to bring 1000 leading international experts in various disciplines from 100 top universities worldwide to collaborate with 100 universities in China, Dr. Woo was appointed as the Chair of the Advisory Council of the School of Biological Science and Medical Engineering by the President of the University, Professor Jinpeng Huai for a period of 5 years. A blue ribbon council that includes eight international and four domestic experts have been assembled.
